Room FAQs

Clear answers to help you find the right shared home.

How do I book a viewing?
Browse our Available Rooms and select the room you're interested in. Available viewing times and booking options are shown with the room listing.
How do I apply?
A link for making an enquiry or booking can be found on the room listing page of this website.
Can I meet the flatmates before deciding?
Yes. We know who you live with can be one of the most important parts of choosing a shared home. We screen prospective flatmates and consider suitability for the household. Once your application has progressed and the initial checks are complete, we’ll give you the opportunity to learn more about and meet the existing flatmates before making your final commitment.
Can couples rent a room?
Yes, where the room is suitable. Couples can only occupy master bedrooms, although master bedrooms are also available to single occupants. Each listing clearly shows whether a room is suitable for a single person or a couple.
Is bedroom furniture included?
Bedroom furniture is available as an optional extra. Our furniture package includes a quality bed, base and headboard, bedside table(s), and either a small desk and office chair or comfortable lounge-style chair, depending on the room.
How are flatmates selected?
We consider suitability for shared living, including household expectations, age compatibility and lifestyle. Reference and background checks help provide reassurance about who you may be living with. Suitable applicants can meet the existing flatmates before committing, so everyone has an opportunity to decide whether the household feels like the right fit.
