Cabin Delivery, Setup and Removal
$300 within the Auckland Metro
Includes delivery and setup on an accessible, level site, without the use of a Hiab, plus removal at the end of the rental, provided the agreed minimum rental period has been completed.
If removal is required before the minimum rental period has been completed, the removal cost will be charged separately.
Additional site requirements and plumbing work are not included.
Refundable Bond
A $250 bond applies to Standard, Large and XL cabin rentals. A higher bond may apply where the cabin will be used for business purposes or other higher-risk circumstances. The bond is fully refundable provided all rental conditions are met.
Rent-to-Own Pricing
Rent-to-Own plans are designed for people planning to keep their cabin for three years or more and who want to own the cabin at the end of the term.

Length
The Rent-to-Own term is three years, with all scheduled weekly payments required to be made before ownership transfers.
Final Ownership Payment
This is the final amount payable after the three-year term. Once all scheduled weekly payments and the final ownership payment have been made, ownership of the cabin transfers to you.
Delivery and Setup
$300 within the Auckland Metro
Includes delivery and setup on an accessible, level site without the use of a Hiab.
Once the rent-to-own agreement is successfully completed and ownership transfers, no removal is required. If the agreement ends without ownership transferring—including following a default—removal will be charged separately.
Additional site requirements and plumbing work are not included.
Bond
Our standard bond is $250 or $600 for XL with Bathroom. Higher bonds may apply in certain circumstances.
