How do I book a viewing?

Read the listing details carefully. If you have a question that has not been answered, check our FAQ here or send us an enquiry via the booking app. Viewings are booked online from the listings page and using the Tenancy app.
Is bedroom furniture included?

Bedroom furniture is an optional extra. Our package includes a quality bed, bed base and headboard. We will provide a side table or two for couples and either a small desk and office chair, or a comfortable lounge style chair for reading or relaxation.
How do I apply for a room?

A link for making an enquiry or booking can be found on the room listing page of this website.
What is the minimum stay duration for renting a room?

Long-term tenancies are preferred as this creates security and stability for you and your roommates.
Is internet included with the room rent?

Wi-Fi and internet are provided in every flatshare. The utilities and cleaning fee cover the use of the highspeed, unlimited data and business quality broadband.
Is there a deposit required for booking a room?

Yes, all listings require a bond, usually 3 or 4 weeks. Unlike traditional flatting situations we pay your across to Tenancy Services for them to hold and administer at the end of your tenancy. Bonds will be refunded upon leaving if all rent has been paid, the property has been left clean and there are no damages.
What is included in the price?

We advertise our prices transparently. The full price will consist of the room rent + a fixed utilities and cleaning charge + any optional extras to choose like off-street parking or bedroom furniture.
Is parking available?

If off-street parking is available, it will be noted in the listing. Off-street parking is an additional cost because there is a private benefit to the person who has reserved it. Existing tenants will always be given the first option to take over any parking spaces vacated before offering to a new tenant.
How do I get to know the other flatmates?

Once an application for the room has been made and all references checked, we will provide you with the personal bio received from each flatmate. If you are happy with the information recieved we will provide their contact details to arrange to meet with them.
Are pets allowed in the rooms?

It is rare for pets to be allowed in our properties, and there are good reasons. Please check the individual room listings for details, or contact us to check.
How do I report a maintenance issue in my room?

You can report maintenance issues using the PropertyMe app you will be given access to or by contacting the property manager directly.
