They can accommodate a double bed and small desk or drawers when used as a sleepout, or if used as an office a large desk, or two smaller ones, plus a filing cabinet and some shelving. The floor plan is 7.8m2

Our extra-large rooms are ideal for sleepouts, offices, or extra storage. They are also slightly wider than our other rooms, adding to the sense of space and accommodating wider beds. They are big enough to add a couch and flat screen TV for added luxury.

Our new XLE-sized cabin is spacious yet still compact enough to fit within most properties. They have been designed and built for your additional comfort as they include a full bathroom. The waste is connected to your existing disposal system.
The bedroom part of the interior is the same size as a standard cabin leaving plently of usagable living space.
